Microsoft has introduced Upgrade Modes to upgrade from Skype for Business to Microsoft Teams. While these upgrade modes exist, they are generally not well understood. More often than not, organizations use the default upgrade mode “Islands Mode”. This session will cover the caveats you’ll run into when using “Islands Mode” and explain how to properly plan your upgrade to Microsoft Teams using alternative Upgrade Modes.
