Can’t Login to Teams

Sometimes if your company has implemented Teams themselves along with Single Sign-in, the client will always try to login to Teams using your corporate account.

There are two things you can do.

  1. Sign out of Teams and cancel the sign-in to force manual sign-in
  2. Use an in-private browser to login to the conference team

The second option is the preferred method if you are an attendee of the event. This means that you can remain in your corporate tenant in your client and drop in to the conference using a web client as and when you can.

To do this, please follow the below

Step 1 – Open your browser (not Safari)

Step 2 – Go to File -> and select New InPrivate Window (or called Incognito in Chrome)

Step 3 – navigate to https://teams.microsoft.com

Step 4 – Launch Web App

Step 5 – Enter the Commsverse tenant by pressing continue

You should be entered into the conference team
