Commsverse is a technical, laser focused conference showcasing Microsoft Teams. Our captive audiences are people from IT Professional backgrounds that are directly involved with the planning, deploying or daily management of Microsoft Teams services and features either for their customers or their own organisation.
We are organised by Microsoft Teams Professionals who dedicate their time to helping customers achieve maximum benefits from Teams. We created this conference as an event that we would want to go to because we couldn't find it anywhere else.
Our mission is to source the best Microsoft Teams content and exhibitors the World has to offer. We are not a sales / roadmap conference. We pride ourselves on delivering the very best content that technical professionals need and want to hear, based on real-world experiences by our Speakers.
Our exhibitors want to build technical relationships with you so that you can help your customers or organisation choose the right solution to complement your Microsoft Teams experience.

Commsverse is not just a technical conference, we think of it as an 'experience'. Neither of the organisers have been to Microsoft Ignite. However, we heard the stories of parties, games, attractions from those who have been lucky enough to go.
We wanted to create an experience that has all the ingredients that seem to make Ignite great based on how our imaginations interpret what Ignite is really like.
So we started by picking an awesome venue, Mercedes-Benz World. Then organised a few things for you do amongst joining 'best in world' sessions.
If that's not enough we may have a few surprises up our sleeves for you!
Although we are a limited company, our ethos is not to make a profit, but to invest everything into making Commsverse a great experience for you.
We try to keep expense down to a minimum and this year our ticket price is £59.00

Tickets are refundable in the event the conference does not go ahead due to COVID-19.
Commsverse in-person is a pre-registered, ticketed event. In order to attend, you must possess a valid entry ticket on entry that will be scanned. Entry is permitted to the main conference only.
Tickets can only be purchased on our website in advance. Tickets cannot be sold at the door.
In the event of the conference being postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond or in our control, you will be entitled to a refund of your ticket price.

The Voice track is all about Microsoft Teams Voice services. This includes Direct Routing, Phone System, Contact Centers and Voice Bots.
This track will be a highly technical track focused on design, implementation and on going management of Microsoft Teams Voice services in your organisation
Collaboration is about Businesses working together effectively as a Team.
In this track, expect sessions on Microsoft Teams Meeting Rooms, Team working methodologies, Document Management, Data Compliance and controlling access
In todays' cloud world everyone can be a developer without learning code. Where Teams comes into its own is working together with the Power Platform to automate and streamline length business processes.
This track focuses on empowering users to use Teams with Power Automate and PowerApps to make real, business valuable applications that can improve productivity
Its not all about deploying and adopting Microsoft Teams. Once deployment is done, someone has to manage it.
How do you manage Microsoft Teams? What support principles and capabilities do you need to be able to effectively manage Microsoft Teams in your organisation?
In this track you will learn from recommended practices, admin tips and tricks as well as automations that will help you stay on top of your MACD and Technical support queries
COVID-19 tested the need for user adoption programmes in IT projects. Are they needed?
Absolutely! You see people can move mountains when the right motivation is applied. COVID-19 gave everyone no choice but to get on with it.
However, by getting on with it, people have found their own ways of doing things that might not be optimal and reducing your business productivity potential.

All of our Speakers are volunteers and come to Commsverse because they want to share their experiences with you.

We are a community conference and this year we are going to do something different. We are giving you, the Community the opportunity to cast your vote on the session submissions we receive.
If you want to see a particular session, then cast your vote. The sessions with the most votes will be scheduled. It is that simple

Please use the Post Code KT13 0SL in your Sat Nav. Parking is free on site. Please park in the overflow car park found by taking the 1st exit on the roundabout directly in front of the venue.
Please note: The M25 will get really busy around Heathrow if travelling anticlockwise. It can take anything from 40 minutes from the Terminal 3 Jnc to the Weybridge turn off even though distance wise is a few miles
The nearest international airport is Heathrow. There is a public bus service that will run directly from Terminal 5 to Weybridge, but this can take over 1.5 hours.
Pre-Booked Taxi Cab will cost about £60 each way. Uber may not be operating depending on the outcome of their appeal.
Car rental is advised and cheapest option. Remember we drive on left hand side
There is a direct rail service to Weybridge or Byfleet Stations. Both are within 1 mile from the venue with bus and taxi services available.
If coming from London, or transiting through London terminals, you will need to connect via London Waterloo.
Travel from Waterloo to Weybridge is between 20 and 40 minutes.
