How can you use Office 365 tools to ensure that your meeting is a success?  There are lots of tools designed to help you find available time for internal and external people, and this session will show you how best to use those tools along with tips and tricks for managing expectations to ensure that your meeting is successful!

  • Outlook (What meeting would exist without Outlook??)
  • Scheduling assistant
  • Findtime
  • Microsoft Bookings
  • Cortana

So whether you are organising a board meeting, a 1-2-1 or just an informal coffee, you will know what tool to use for which purpose.
