Many organisations are on a ramp into Microsoft Teams, and may have many legacy or Cloud PBX service they need to keep.

This session shows how users can quickly get enabled for Microsoft Teams calling, using the features and configuration of their existing PBX service to enable a smooth transition over several months or years to a full Teams deployment, giving users the Teams experience they would like today.

From and IT management perspective this session shows how using Teams can reduce the desktop footprint, removing third party and legacy softphone and giving the end users a simplified experience in the Teams client.

A real-time demo of setting up a connection to a PBX and making calls in Teams in under 15 minutes will be included.
